    My mom who is on wheelchair was traveling. I was worried for her since did not know I can get a gate pass to accompany her all the way to the gate.
    Mrs. Glenda Ford, supervisor at Frontier offered that she will heck on her and make sure she is oik.

    Glenda Ford Customer service rating is 10 of 10. She assisted me and made sure my mom is ok. She came back and gave me update 3 times until she was boarded. Thanks to Glenda who has made this world to be a better place. We need more people like her.

    Horrrible, flight left at 7:45 am, the people cwme out to check us in at 6, were in hr orlando airport andvthe secirity line is huge, we got there at 4 so we wouldnt miss our flight but frontier had other plans…

    Stay away!!! This is an absolute terrible airline from start to finish. I won’t even go into the actual flight which resulted in paramedics and cops waiting for
    Us to arrive because that wasn’t frontiers fault. The lines are so disorganized it’s insane. Takes 10
    Times as long compared to what I am used to. I recommend using another airline by the time all the fees add up its the same price and frontier isn’t worth it.

    Companies customer service is absolutely terrible. The prices are cheap for the tickets but the cost for luggage and hidden fees are ridiculous. It was the worst experiance ive ever had with a company and i fly for a living. Do yourself a favor and fly with a company that isnt garbage, like southwest.

    Awful. Recommend avoiding. We flew to Cancun from STL in early March 2016 on Apple charter for spring break vacation. These jerks tried telling us that they had to take luggage off of plane, because it was too heavy. Ummm, it is a 737 – no such thing. You wanted to save money on fuel.

    Flight arrived 1.5 hours late. Took another 1.5 hours to figure out wth to do about bags. And then we had to shop. We hate shopping. And my wife cannot simply walk into a shop and buy a swim suit. We got tired of shipping, so she basically sat in shade for 2 days. So they ruined 1st two days of our $6k vacation.

    Fine, we send in $275 of itemized receipts for clothes, toiletries, etc. These idiots send me a check for $210 with no explanation of why they shorted me. Brilliant.
