Frontier Airlines

Wow…even the app to rate my experience sucks. This is now the eco D time I’ve tried. In a shortened version. This airline us by far the worst!!! Don’t waste your money spend the extra to not deal with this garbage. And the flight attendants are do unbelievably rude!

Not only is there no leg room, we were stuck on the Tarmac for over an hour! We could see the stewardess drinking water up in the front of the plane drinking water, we were not offered any water! The woman seated behind me had a cat with her. I’m allergic to cats! I sneezed and wheezed throughout the flight! Frontier used to be my first choice , NEVER AGAIN!! Have you heard of DVT’s?!

EDITORS COMMENT: One hour is not that bad and the airline charge for water so if you wanted a water im sure you could have purchased one from the crew. As for the cat…that’s just not right.

I was very skeptical to fly frontier for the fist time after reading the reviews and being that it is a smaller airline. The VERY cheap tickets drew me in and I flew frontier for the first time. The flight experience itself wasn’t too bad. Although our flight got delayed going to Seattle over 2 hours and the seats were not the most comfortable, I tolerated it for the cheap ticket price. With a 12-hour layover, and a long night we got to our destination safely. Coming back home was a completely different story. We got to the airport 3 hours earlier to find out our flight was delayed 2.5 hours. We waited in the checked baggage line for 1.5 hours and when we finally got up there, we learned that due to the delayed flight from Seattle, we won’t make it on time to our layover flight in Denver. They basically let us know that we would have to wait 4 NIGHTS in Denver to get a plane back home. I thought that was completely unacceptable. We have jobs and lives at home we had to get to. The girls in the frontier booth seemed like they had no idea what they were doing and were absolutely no help at all. They finally told us they can give us a “full” reimbursement of the ticket which was only

This is the first time using Frontier and hopefully the last time. Customer phone service was horrible not being able to understand the three different agents I spoke to. They also don’t participate in TSA precheck, WTH. there is a charge for everything from carry on to refreshments on board. Not again for me

Horrible! Flight was delayed over an hour to get another plane. Then we sat at the gate for another hour while they fixed the second plane. Then they had to get another pilot and crew because they were all going off rotation due to the long day they had. That took another hour and a half. This was the worst flight I’ve ever had, and it was the first flight I had with Frontier. It will ne the last too. I will take United on the return floght.
