I flew with this mob about two years ago, an international flight of more than 7 hours from europe to dubai and these useless people did not even give us water. any flight which is international must include meals or at least beverages but not those people. disgusting.

EDITORS COMMENT: Whilst we don’t agree with it, Flyubai is a low cost carrier therefore you must pay for water – most low cost carriers make you pay. The reason this ticket was cheaper than the leading competitor is that you do pay for nay extras.

had no real problems, you get what you pay for. I travelled to Kiev from Perth via Dubai. It saves a leg and a few hours flying time as opposed to flying via London, but strangely more expensive but not by much $100-200. Which I thought was off set by the other advantage of time and leg. With Qantas having a non stop to London next will be a no brainer.

we booked 3 tickets to fly in December, about 5-6 weeks in advance, then due to personal/family reasons plans changed and we could not travel on those dates, 3.5 weeks in advance we requested to cancel the tickets and either give us a credit note (it was non-refundable fare) or allow to re-book another flight.
They deducted 300$ from 1200$ we paid and said that balance 900$ can be issued only as a voucher
TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! 300$ for N OTHING! we gave them 3 weeks notice, and they are robbing us in the daylight! will never ever book with them again! People! Beware of these crooks! disgusting way of treating your 6 years loyal clients! Shame on you, flydubai!
EDITORS COMMENT: This is your cancellation fee and is charged by every airline unless you are on a fully flexible ticket which you were likely not.

The epitome of a low cost carrier lies firmly with Fly Dubai. I flew the carrier from Bishkek to Bahrain via Dubai. With a six hour layover, one would think there is sufficient time for baggage to make the connection. But upon arrival in Bahrain, my baggage is missing. Upon filing of a missing bag report, I am advised that Fly Dubai DOES NOT provide a per diem allowance to cover essentials while baggage is tracked. Later I am advised that there is another Fly Dubai flight and it may be on that flight. But, no, that is still not sufficient time to resolve the issue. Finally, it arrives via Gulf Air (Thank you for stepping up to the plate where Fly Dubai fails). Only to be told I should return to the airport to collect it myself as Fly Dubai, as a low budget carrier service does not offer such service. Really…you should check my passenger record that I am incapacitated due to surgeries on my foot and require a wheel chair. Great service you offer. Low budgetticket prices was similar to that of full service airline, Turkish Airlines, but you presented the shortest time (or so I thought) between point to point.

Maybe your CEO does not realize the lack of service.
