Fiji Airways

Hopeless delayed soooooo frustrated can anyone at Fiji Airways explain wat happen on Brisbane to Nadi flight FJ 922 Sat 17th May 2014 schedule for midnight 23.55 instead delayed untill 0415 with no explanation whatsoever.. No one notify us that we will be stranded at the airport lounges.. They can’t provide us with accommodation etc,etc…

Flew from Nadi to Brisbane on the old 767. Flight was late, The service was nonexisitent and the staff were just rude and dissinterested. I was really dissapointed because I’d had a great experience travelling to Fiji years ago but it seems something has gone array. I will never travel with them again.

Auckland – Nadi, Nadi – Auckland. Terrible service. Flight attendants could do with manners and a smile, cut the attitude. No respect for customers,no passion, simply terrible..Flight attendants simply have no people skills. Horrible and unfriendly staff..never want to fly with this airline

We went Syd Nadi on the A330 then Nadi Melb on a 737 the A330 is just a dream food very good the wine service excellent the only problem was they ran out of lamb minor.The flight home on time with the 737 inly 4 seats in Bus class but the service again was first class overall a huge difference over the last few years we will happily use Fiji Air again and Again

Travelled after Easter break on an old 737 from Nadi to Brisbane. Travelled as codeshare on a Qantas ticket. Nadi airport is crying for a refit but the airline can’t be to blame for this. Breakfast was shoved out in a box and a egg roll slapped on the side (In alfoil) which had barely any egg inside. Food was like going back to the 1970’s of airline food – Totally inedible. Flight entertainment was appalling, seat uncomfortable, rough service from flight attendants (Attitude and spilt coffee on me). I have travelled this airline in the past as Air Pacific and everything has unfortunately gone backwards. Flight was running a bit late, heavy landing into Brisbane Would never travel Fiji Airways again!
