    Was good service since a few shake up of the airline. Our trip to and back to Sydney to Nadi was pleasant. Food was great too and however expect dramas at Nadi airport as it is getting upgraded.

    I did fly with many airline’s but I found Fiji airways is one of the best airline in the world and its one of the friendly and helpfull staff and i love to fly Fiji airways all the best fiji airways and keep growing. Thanks niten

    Have flown many times with Air Pacific and renamed Fiji Airways between LA, Fiji and Sydney. Every time has been a pleasant experience. Flights are generally on time except those I have taken within Fiji on small aircraft that are affected by weather Staff have always accommodated any requests I have made both before and during the flight. The new planes are as good as you will find on any other airline. I fail to understand what some of the other reviewers are complaining about.

    We due to fly on the FJ/ZFI32H we arrived 51 mins before boarding and the plane was already full due to over booking and we were told “We will get you on the next flight”.

    We thought this was a real offer but after a number of days at the airport and each plane being more overbooked than the last, we realised it was a sham.

    We had paid $240 additional dollars for 2 extra bags on a flight that we were never able to board.

    We ended buying tickets through another airline to get home at our own expense.

    After appling for a refund at the desk and then being told we had to do it by phone and back and forward. Three months later this refund has not been returned despite repeated follow ups and claim that it is in processing. this is outside the airlines alleged charted that claims will be handled in 60days

    Unfortunately, I have to agree with the other criticisms below for both domestic and international flights. Frequent flyer for business for the last 20 years and the flights with Air Fiji over the last couple months have been very disappointing and have resulted in significant exceess costs.

    Although Air Fiji may have had some lower cost flights than competitors, the excess charges and excessive amount of time taken to try to resolve issues has resulted in total costs to ourselves more than double if we would have flown with other airlines.

    After 4 weeks trying to resolve issues, no replies from customer service or corporate office.

    Sadly have to strongly recommend against using Fiji Airways.
