    A minute after making a booking called Fiji airways to change the name swapped over between first name and surname and was slapped with charges. Customer service was rude and upon confrontation got a hang up tone.pathetic…
    Waiting on a senior manager to review my request. Will post the results..

    We flew Fijiairways from Melbourne to Honolulu, stopping in Fiji (and return) The flights were consistently delayed for one reason or another, the in-flight entertainment was terrible, the toilets were dirty and the food was unsatisfactory. We will not fly Fiji Air again.

    Travelled recently internationally and a number of local flights with FA. Food terrible on international flight but biggest problem with excess charges for mistakes made by airline when booking flights. After two months of multiple calls and emails to customer service, most not answered and no managers willing to assist.

    In years of extensive international travel, this is by far the worst customer service I have received.

    Will just have to “bite the bullet” on these charges but definitely will never use airline again if other options are available.

    Have to agree with other poor reviews of this airline. Number of excess charges in clear violation of the airlines own written guidelines have more than doubled costs for our recent trip to Fiji. No customer service replies to our concerns despite repeated attempts to contact at office and via phone.

    Some of the worst airline food we have ever had (and believe me we have seen some bad ones) and a number of conflicts with schedules etc.

    Very disappointed, completely ruined trip to Fiji.
