    Bne/Nadi/Bne.. Ground crew Brisbane very helpful a little less in Nadi… On time departures out and back.. Service with a smile on board, comfortable seating.. Meal could have been a little less heavy.. Good selection of wines and spirits.. Great coffee… All that is needed is a tweak and Fiji Airways would be a great regional airline… I have travelled to Fiji many times over the years and can say this airline has improved out of sight.. Keep up the great work……… Vinaka vakalevu Fiji Airways…..

    Flew Syd/Nadi/Syd. Flights left on time, crew were efficient and courteous. A330-200 was very comfortable and clean. Big overall improvement from previous experiences with the airline.

    I would like to share our experience we received both ways on Fiji Airways, Flight Attendants are more than friendly and accommodating. We did however experience a few cancelled and delayed flights, no blame to the front team. One awful event that happened due to our cancelled flight from Nadi home was a flight delay of 9 hours, where the airline placed on in the most horrific hotel property we have ever experienced. I won’t go into that as I’ve already left my thoughts in a trip adviser. I felt their choice of accommodations should have been far far greater than they were. Both my husband and I did not even feel comfortable closing our eyes during the stay. I guess what I’ve heard and what we’ve experienced is when flying Fiji Airways, don’t plan on scheduled flights to and from your final destination, they do have issues. The team gives you the best help that they can humanly give you with a smile and you must remember, “don’t shoot the messenger.”

    Worst. Airline. Ever.

    Canceled flights and delays are a fact of air travel. Most passengers are entirely reasonable and understand this, even while they are disappointed about losing a day of vacation, or not making it to a wedding or meeting in time, etc.

    What makes passengers CRAZY is being constantly lied to by an airline, in 30-minute increments. Being forced to get up at 3 am and present themselves for a “rescheduled flight” that doesn’t actually HAVE a confirmed departure time, and won’t be given one by the airport until it finds a likely “hole” to squeeze the flight into. Having reasonable requests to be rebooked onto another scheduled flight BY THE SAME AIRLINE in the SAME CLASS flat-out denied when seats are clearly available.

    It is Fiji Air’s tendency to cancel flights, reschedule them, and then repeatedly delay and delay and delay the same flight WHILE NOT GIVING PASSENGERS any real or true information that causes so many people give the airline such poor reviews.

    I was taking Fiji Airways from Fiji to Los Angles and I was at the airport in Nadi international Airport on the island Viti Levu. The flight attendants were kind and the flight was good. However, I, and all the other passenger who were unaware, were very upset that were weren’t allow to carry on any beverages purchased in the airport. I felt cheated. No one informed me of this rule and I thought it was a little bit ridiculous and unfair.
