    Many say how bad this little airline is. Well I believe that I lived in Nadi Fiji and used the Fijian carrier for many years. I have now being using the Kiwi carrier air new zealand for my travel. The amount of times Air Pacific or now Fiji airways has upset my travels is unbelievable. I feel a shamed our national carrier has being branded a ruthless airline for it’s service and maintaining there fleet. My last trip with them was on FJ921 to SYD/YSSY on a B738 DQ-FJF we Nadi late due to the aircraft not turning up and they flew one from NZAA to get us. inside the plane was untidy not cleaned by service staff the toilets were not fully cleaned or refreshed. During the flight I qued to go to the toilet we used one toilet at the back and some were allowed to use the business class toilet. The flight attendants were really un helpful forget using the call button they ignore it the fiji airways ground staff were un helpful after losing my luggage.I have had enough of this Fijian carrier and there excuses they use towards passengers they do not give a dam about you. Nothing has changed over the years for there service. Sorry my business with Air Pacific is finished

    I flew this airline as a connecting flight from KLAX NFFN then transferred the the NZ52 a B772 flight to NZAA this Fijian airline is crap a total rip off for service all together during the flight I had this chicken meal which I could only describe as sickening revolting rice and chicken my window seat was in comfortable and the flight crew are prathetic with how they carry out there service won”t fly the again ever

    Fiji airways was called Air Pacific before. Well to me its the same airline with the different brand name and the same appalling service since I have used them from the 1980’s when the leased VH-EBQ a 747-238 jet which was nick named the fruit tingle in Air Pacific rainbow colors. I would like to say my trip from NFFN-KLAX ON FJ812 on this A330 jet DQ-FJU i flew recently. Firstly the flight attendants need real training no Idea about in flight service.service. Un proffesional they don’t even check your seat belts are fastened before landing. My luggage never came with me instead it ended up at VHHH or HGK why They refused to compensate me even for toiletries and underwear or a vest. So I showed them the ticket and it states in fine writing if the carrier fails to carry you or fails or losses your luggage they must compensate you under this warsaw convention act. So I got $200 US dollars from them to buy things. The in flight entertainment was broken on this new aircraft so how the hell do they not look after these new jets at Nadi. I know there leased but surely they should maintain these aircraft. The meals were a shocker that looked like vomit some sort of curry. No thanks.

    I have just flown this little Pacific airline. Oh my God!. Why on earth did I book this airline and how in the world are they surviving the way there service is. I left NFFN/YSSY 14th December 2015 on this little Boeing 737-800 DQ-FJG as FJ915. My meal was not on the plane the toilet in the rear AFT galley on the right was out of order one toilet to the left and a que of Pax waiting to use this.I staved the whole way yet at the counter my seat was costing me $28.00 FJD for a window. What is wrong with this airline and the in flight service is rubbish. Sorry Air Pacific or Fiji airways I rate you one of the worst carriers I have flown around the globe.

    I recently travelled from Sydney to Fiji with my extended family (including my 85 year old father) on Fiji Airways. I was very impressed with the service that was offered from the check-in (Roslyn at Sydney airport was friendly, very accommodating and efficient) to the in-flight service, food and seat comfort. I would definitely fly again with Fiji Airways.
