    Fiji Airways is appalling! They overbooked not only my flight but the flights before and after me. About 60 people were bumped off the flight. My flight had to return to Nadi due to bad weather (understandable). But this left me stranded in Nadi for a week. They were so disorganized, gave passengers no information, would hang up the phone if you called for a flight update. The had no system to manage passengers at checkin and it was all chaotic, with many passengers bumped off flights even tho they had confirmed tickets. The whole experience was shocking. The Internet checkin does not work. Avoid Fiji Airways if at all possible!

      Yes

    I feel that the airline can do more to achieve a better customer satisfaction. The flight attendants did a reasonable job to cater for the needs but could see that they were not attending to lights switched on seeking their assistance. Food tasted bland – I am on GF diet so took some chips. I would rate the service good, not great!

    Fiji Airways is always on time and even though it has been delayed by 1 hour it will still make it on time and i like that also with the service in the cabin is really outstanding and i like that as well

    Air Pacific it use to be called but nothing has changed with the service. I flew from YBBN/NFFN on this little 737-800 FJ921 DQ-FJN I have traveled with them over the years I do not understand why they are still in the air really. Appalling service this was a new leased jet to there fleet. The rear toilet aft was out of action so a que had formed after eating a meal that looked like crap the flight attendants have no idea about inflight service or the experience I don’t know how they train them but they never make the world’s best airline for service.. I will never fly them again i will take Virgin or ANZ

    Terrible airline. Flights were cancelled no communication from the airline. Tried to rebook over the phone was told had to wait for supplementary flight which would be 2 days later. Went into office staff was very helpful however manager did not want to come out and meet us. Explanation for cancelled flights was ridiculous.
