EVA Air

Fly business class from Vancouver to Taipei, return. Seats did not recline fully as expected. You can prop up your legs with extra pillows. That helped. Pillows and blanket are very nice quality. Outbound food was okay. Inbound food not to my tastes but not necessarily bad. Flight crew were excellent. Entertainment system was excellent. Seat comfort other than the lack of full recline was quite good in comparison to other business class flights.

YYZ-TPE-SGN in business class. The “pod” on the 777 is spacious and comfortable. The pjamas’s they give you are a nice touch. You are greeted by staff with a smile. Flight uneventful, but service was excellent. I preordered my meal on line which was served as ordered. Unfortunately food is less only fair. Good entertainment system. I have flown many on many business class flights and in my opinion EVA is one of the best

EVA air was fantastic. We flew JFK-TAIPEI-JFK with connecting flights from Taipei to Hong Kong. Spacious seats in economy class, food was adequate, service was fantastic, USB port to charge your phone, inflight entertainment up to date, and both flights were relatively smooth! We purchased these tickets 5 months in advance and got an incredible round trip deal! I highly recommend this airline.

AMS-BKK-AMS. Unable to print boarding pass online or at airport machine. Require original credit card or will be denied boarding.

Both flights where delayed, with return flight over 1 hour delay. Seat was ok, but entertainment Box was uncomfortable and made sleeping difficult.

Food on outbound was fine, but on return dismal. Wines where terrible.

Overall, not worth the 1300 euros.

Always the same – just perfect – cannot say more, just a pity they don’t have more flights into Europe to show their competitors how to do it.
