    I flew from Milan to Abu Fhabi and i can say that Etihad did a great job.
    The boarding was fast with no long waiting times.
    The flight itself was on time, the cabin crew was friendly and hardworking. The meal service was fast and the meal had a good taste.
    The cabin in there dreamliners is modern and the seats are comfortable the IFE has a great sellection of movies, live tv, news, music and flight map.
    I can recommend traveling on this Airline. Good job Etihad.

    Etihad Airways are one of the 5 Top Airlines Worldwide

    Etihad did not abandon Australia’s Customers during the (in-)famous Lockdowns.

    I had the pleasure to fly with Etihad to Europe and return in mid March 2022.

    All 4 flight sectors, Australia – UAE, UAE – Europe, Europe – UAE and UAE – Australia, were operated on B-789 Dreamliners, top service guaranteed with the right mix of staff and their skills in providing real customer service overall.

    I dare to say Etihad are better than Singapore Airlines.

    To all members of staff and all levels of the organisation: WELL DONE and KEEP UP this highest level of customer service.

    I do recommend to all my friends visiting us down under, book your flights with Etihad.

    This can be done best via Etihad.com an example of an easy to use Web portal to select, book (n_pay) and finally on the day of departure check-in to your flights online.

    Chapeau! – (… as the French do show their admiration…)

    Jetsmart refuses to refund money after COVID-19 crisis, even though by law in Argentina, where I was flying to, they are obliged to.
    They say only option is a gift voucher for this year, which I cannot accept because I won’t fly to Argentina and they refuse any other option. They have also stopped answering me.
    Really bad customer service.

    I had a really bad experience with Jetsmart in Argentina. I was charged 57 USD in the airport for boarding with my backpack (less than 5kg) due to oversize.

    I have used exactly the same backpack in low cost flights in Asia, Europe, South America – and even a Jetsmart flight 5 days before – with no problem!

    I would not risk being cheated again, and I’d rather fly with Flybondi, Norwegian or even traditional and more expensive airlines in Argentina, after all, I did not pay a low cost for this fake low cost airline.

    I have been using Etihad airways more than 5 years ,
    Unfortunately every year airlines and crew hospitality become worse than before.
    I send my feedback after each flight to Etihad Airways but unfortunately their response just saying sorry
