    Terrible customer service! Don’t pay for seats, you may not get them anyway.
    We booked seats for our flight and paid for them. When we arrived at the airport they were already taken.
    They simply placed us elsewhere, we requested refund. They denied it.

    Lost luggage for 4 days in October 2023 and still waiting for out of pocket expenses to be repaid. A brick wall put up and constant obfuscation. Not a classy airline at all!

    Terrible check in in Lisbon, with rude staff.

    I made 4 flights, all in business class.

    In one of the flights, an old B777, with no ac, the cabin was very hot and there was no way to cool the cabin.

    When I request my meals, in all the flights, the answer was always the same: I am sorry, you cannot order so many dishes; or: I am sorry, we have no more meals.

    The crew members it seems they were doing a favor to you, being there.

    In one of the flights, 6 call lights were on, and no one were in the cabin to attend the passengers.

    No one was in the cabin during the flights, to see if someone need anything.

    When I got to Abu Dahbi, one wheel was damage. I made 3 complaints, and in 2 months, no one told me anything.

    Check in staff in Abu Dahbi, their faces were like: what do you want? Terrible service.

    I think Etihad has to learn a lot with EMIRATES and QATAR.

    It seems I was in a economy class, almost like in a low cost airline.

    Never again in this airline.

    We booked specific seats online an paid for them. At check-in they were already taken. I wrote a complaint and asked for that payment to be reimbursed.
    Their response was like: You got 2 seats together anyway, we won’t reimburse you.

    At check – in they were already taken.
    We sent complaint and asked for our money back.
    Reply was like: you got seats anyway, we don’t reimburse.
