    Total disrespect to Covid rules

    Business trip 2 pers – own bubble. We were allocated 2 seats in a block of 3. A 3rd person was placed next to us, while 10-15 blocks (with 3 or 4 seats) were either completely free or only occupied by 1 person. Asked twice to move what was refused by the cabin crew because of, understand who can, “Covid regulations”. So 6.5h at 40cm from an unknown (otherwise friendly) person, where dozens of places were available that did meet the social distancing conditions. I can understand that the software check-in system makes a mistake when allocating the seats, but it is unimaginable that the cabin crew refuses to let the passengers run less risks. To avoid other passengers having to suffer the same fate, complaint filled out via the site, but unfortunately only received a marketing response with the message that Emirates respects the social distancing rules as much as possible and that they do everything they can to protect the health of the passengers, which in this case is 2x totally incorrect. It is unfortunate that Emirates does not even recognize the problem and therefore nothing will be done about it.

    Took a flight from Kuala Lumpur to Dubai on Emirates 777-300ER and stopped for transit for almost 8 hours before took the Dubai to London Heathrow on the awesome Emirates Airbus A380. A total flights of almost 15 hours on Emirates has left me with a wonderful & memorable experiences. From the check-in process in KUL – check-in at Dubai, then the wonderful services on both fleets, amazing in-flight entertainment & services, in-flight gifts such as travel pouch, passenger handling services, the in-flight duty free goods (which i bought Emirates goodies), embarkation & disembarkation of pax on both flights simply was amazing…I will surely fly with Emirates again to any destination. Because the experiences that the crew, flight crew & everyone, has made me fell in love with Emirates/.

    Terrible flight experience from Dubai to Houston, we bought the ticket last minute, given no choice where to seat, but the bulkhead, which is very uncomfortable. We ask to be changed and after been told no, finally we were allowed, while there was flight attendants blocking the last row of seats for a young lady who was seated in the forward economy cabin. Despite we were told to choose any available seat, my wife was asked to move by a flight attendant to accommodate another young lady. I complained to the supervisor, we were given the choice of two seats that were left for quarantine purposes. There is no need for so much drama, it was 17 hours journey, but one I hope never to repeat and to keep away from Emirates as much as possible.

    I flew London to Auckland. First leg to Dubai in economy second leg in business class. First flight was amazing. Great service, good legroom, clean , pleasant. It was delayed but that didn’t effect my short connection. On arrival staff were on the ground and got everyone onto the next flight. I had to make the flight due to the restrictions in Auckland and they had all of that covered. Second leg I flew business class on the 777 -300 ER it was the older business class but it was incredible. The food the service the attention to detail and cleanliness! On such a long flight it was so comfortable. Down side was my iPad controller would require constant charging. I came off the flight feeling human, rested , well fed and more ! I’m not a fan of emirates usually but wow!
