I’ve flown many times with Emirates and I truly consider it as one of the best airlines in the world. Flying on their A380s is such an amazing experience! This is literally the best aircraft, especially the Emirates ones as they buy the best quality. I’ve always felt so save on their aircrafts as I know they always make all safety checks very thoroughly. They have a great entertainment selection with many movies / tv shows / music, etc so you can enjoy your flights. The food is always good and served in quantity. Also, they never lost any of my luggage, which is a very important point. Not like others!

It’s really a nice flight. Not so bad nor good. But entertainments, food & beverages were great. Good safety as well. But sometimes it crowded as well. Overall, it’s good flight.

The best airline ever. The stuff are nice and chatty, they are welcoming and always smiling, the seats are wide and comfy, and you can’t feel tiered in the airplane you have entertainment and snaks from time to time, also you can walk around and move your body a little, and the airplane is clean. Dubai airport is a whole city in an airport. The only problem is we pay a lot but still the check-in takes a lot of time. They should fix this.

Flew Economy Class
Before the flight, I called the fly Emirates to make sure that all the things were set and the bassinet for the baby is confirming. The fly Emirates customer service told me that the basinet is booked and the baby will have the basinet for sure. I mentioned the age, size, and weight of the baby. 15 min after the takeoff, we asked the bassinet, and the flight hostess refused the bassinet in terrible behavior due to the baby’s size and asked us to keep the baby on the lap for more than 12 hours.
So, we kept the baby on our lap for more than 12 hours which emotionally and physically affect us. In addition, we found that our baby stroller is broken. Oh my god. They refuse to compensate.
So, I am writing to warn you never fly with fly emirates if you have a baby or kid.
