This was the worst airline I have ever flown on.
I used it for a return trip Belfast – Stansted.
Flight 1 – Belfast. After liftoff the cabin staff sat in their seats behind me. The staff started chatting and this was uninteresting until they 2 female staff started talking about what they each did the night before.
Apparently, one had gone out somewhere to pick up a guy and they went to somewhere and proceeded to play “doctor” and ‘hid the thermometer’.
I found this to be totally inappropriate, unprofessional and was not very good manners.
Flight 2 – Stansted. We (my travel party) arrived early at the EasyJet desk and waited with the rest of the passengers. Departure time was at 19.55 but at that time not one staff member showed.
Eventually a male staff member did show up, he seemed to be in a rush (I wonder why).
All of this left myself with very bad feelings about this airline.
I have searched the airline’s site for a section about where to make complaints and found the FAQ section but dealing with this is another story.
I travel frequently but this is my last flight with this airline.

I have one glaring problem with their service – the luggage allowance. I know they have a silly one bag only policy, so I accommodated on my eurotrip. Flew with them three times and on the last leg was forced to spend an extra 60 euros after one look at my bag. Never flying with these jokers again.

Extremely unhappy with easyJet policy inflexibility in emergency situations and lack of customer service. We have had to delay our flights for an emergency surgery – contacted easyJet as soon as possible to ask about being credited the amount for our flight today, so that we could use this amount when continuing our journey with them. ZERO consideration for the medical EMERGENCY we are going through. The “best” they could do (besides the standard €52 refund on air passenger duty) was refund for the baggage fees. A total of €82 on a €432 trip.

We are now 3 people who are viewing easyJet as a most inconsiderate airline and will be sure to be sharing our experience. Any other airline I have spoken with would have been happy to credit us (I wasn’t even asking for a refund!! Just a credit to use towards still flying with them, on the same destinations, just delayed due to SURGERY).

Absolutely appalled. When I got to check in they made me pay 60€ for “2nd piece” which was a small laptop bag that I can hold on my lap. There is absolutely no reason to charge for small bags like that. They are thieves. Ryanair, Vueling, all the budget airlines had no problem with my bag, but easyJet does. On top of that, they were extremely rude about it, one worker grabbed and threw the info sheet at me to show me that I have to pay. NEVER again. They are not worth the 1 star rating. If you are thinking about using easyJet, save yourself the trouble and use any other airline, even if it costs a little bit more, there is absolutely no value in the money spent.

My family and I flew from Bristol to Bordeaux, with return to Bristol. From Bristol, the flight was a breeze and the attendants were very helpful and gentle as we had special assistance for my grandmother. However, in Bordeaux the customer service was BEYOND POOR. They told us we could check on our carry-on’s At the gate for €7 each. When we got there they said, €60 each! We paid €190 after trying to explain to them what their previous colleague informed us. There was a heated argument in which they told US to APOLOGISE or we were not going to board the flight. She threatened to call the police. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We also had special assistance on this flight and they did not come and get us. A man (security/attendant) was rude and cursed at my mother. Upon landing, they did not want to give us a wheelchair. We had to ask for one, in which they did not assist us in taking my grandmother to imm & baggage claim. Never flying on this airline ever again. I would not recommend. Good prices, but not worth it. Very unfair and poor service.
