    Delta lost my luggage on a recent trip to Antigua. I was w/o this bag for 4 1/2 days, the bag contained daily possible life saving medication. I received very little help for the 1st 3 1/2 days. Delta only offered to reimburse me for clothes, not baggage fees, international phone plan or the inconvenience of contacting them daily during an all inclusive vacation. Extremely disappointed in Delta.

    I was flying from Ontario, California to Minneapolis, Minnesota. Now, I had two transfers when I initially booked. Without warning, right before I had to leave I had three instead.

    I was to go from Ontario, then Salt Lake City, then Seattle, then to Minneapolis with the updated route. From Salt Lake City, there was a delay of at least forty-five minutes. The layover time for Seattle-to-Minneapolis was fifty-six minutes. I was already concerned before, now I was scared. When we landed, it took at least twenty-five minutes before we could finally unboard, as a plane was in the terminal where we were supposed to be.

    And then, when I finally got to my final flight I BARELY made it. I was just a minute or so away from being locked out. Then, the announcement came up with another delay: They weren’t sure if they were fueled properly? I’m glad they made sure, but that didn’t inspire confidence, I already am jittery on flights as is.

    But the tardiness with the flights, the changes, the fueling issue… I won’t use Delta again.

    Took a trip to Mexico for Christmas (yes in the pandemic) and we flew Delta. Originally I like Delta and preferred them. This trip ruined it all. When I arrived to the resort I opened my bag to notice my new go pro my father had gotten me for Christmas was broken into (unopened and in original packaging) so I file a claim to let them know thinking they would resolve the issue. This was not the case. If you don’t have a receipt don’t bother. If you’re looking for a job where you can steal from people and not have any reprocutions then Delta would be a good employer for you. Wish they would resolve issues as fast as they took our tax money. Smu

    I recently took a Delta flight from Minneapolis to DC and several people in my vicinity (I could see 6 from my seat) were not wearing their masks properly, either under their nose or even under the mouth. The crew announced they would remind passengers to adjust their masks but they continued to serve these passengers without addressing the problem. To be fair, one crew member asked a passenger to adjust their mask over their nose *once* towards the end of the flight.

    I chose Delta because of their commitment to safety and not seating the middle seat. I’ve had three safe-feeling Delta flights since the pandemic but this experience has shaken my confidence. I probably won’t travel by air for the remainder of the pandemic, certainly not with Delta.

    I Flew delta on a MD 90 from Salt Lake City to Houston in Jan 2020 The food and drinks were amazing we did have a delay in taking off but we got there in one piece. The seats were amazing. There were was a in flight entailment I could watch muppet babies and anger birds 2. The captain was very nice I liked them so much that I signed up for the program a few months laters
