Flew Premium Economy
Delta screwed up our reservation and were not willing to fix there mistake. Customer service stinks, unwilling to reimburse for the trouble they caused

Flew Economy
My flight at 6:30 was delayed for an hour and a half in TVC . I had to rebook my flight and now get home 4 hours later than my original flight. I believe the airlines should be made accountable under these circumstances and should be made to compensate passengers for a HUGE inconvenience. The way things stand now where the airlines charging for everything and accountable for nothing is unacceptable! Frankly All the airlines suck, but in this case we should at least have been allowed to move to economy plus free of charge.
