    Terrible! Plain terrible! I had a connecting flight from Toronto to Prague through Frankfurt. The flight was delayed and eventually I missed my connection flight to Prague. There were 7 of us that did not make it. We had to go back to Terminal 1 from Terminal 2 to get transferred to another flight by Lufthansa. Although we did get the new boarding passes, no apologies were voiced and no compensation whatsoever was offered. I had to go through security x-ray scanning three times! Very unprofessional and total lack of customer service! Never again!

    Their customer service both via email and on the phone is terrible. We tried to book the extras for our flight, which should have been included in the original reservation as I selected them when doing it, but they were not and I have had lots of issues with their website and customer service center. There was no way to book them and no one offered us a solution they always blamed the IT department said that they would contact the IT department to fix it and that I should call the next week. Well we send more than 8 emails, called every week for 2 months and always got the same answer, “There is nothing we can do, please call next week.” or via email “Unfortunately the seat assignment is not possible due to an technical error in our booking system. As my colleagues write you already before, we forwarded it to the IT department and we kindly please you to understand our technical error.” Instead of them offering solutions to use we tried offering solutions, we asked to talk to a supervisor but again none of these was possible because no one can solve anything. In conclusion this company has a customer service department that can’t offer any customer service at all.

    My favourite airline from Europe to Brazil. Cheap fares, good service, always in time. Clean planes, german organization and good sense of safety.

    My worst flight ever. Broken AC in the plane, very warm and moderately cold sometime. Three of the four toilets off on a flight of 11 hours, completely unacceptable. Different stopover routine

    I already travelled twice with Condor (Frankfurt – Havana; Frankfurt – Minneapolis) and got to say that I am very satisfied with my experience so far. This is also why I was a little bit confused with the other reviews which seem to rate the airline quite average. But apparently most issues were caused by traveling agencies, unexpected events (like medical emergencies etc) or the ground personal. So if you have a decent travel agency and you are not traveling with sick persons you should just be fine, further I don’t think it’s the airlines responsibility to get you another Hotel if you screwed up.
    The personal was very, very friendly. Our flight was just on time and couldn’t say anything negative about the direct circumstances regarding the flight. The food was quite alright for the price I paid and the entertainment system was comprehensive (although I had the buy the premium version, which had a fair price). Baggage claim was very fast.

    The only thing I would complain about was some of the ground personal, which was a little bit rude at first, but surprisingly capable.

    All in all I had a near perfect flight experience. Twice!
