when riding cebu pacific we had a good time but cebu to manila our plush was lost we complain but they ignore us dont bring plush to airlines and we were downgraded a320 to a319 and they give us a free juice lang

Cebu pacific flight attendants do not know how to help their passengers when putting hand carry luggages in the cabin, managing during going in and out of the plane. it’s like their face is saying “DONT KNOW AND DONT CARE” i see this every time riding cebupac. Don’t know if they are trained/orient for F.A or to do a cat walk”.
Why not choose other airline?, because from where and to I’m going, there is no other airline flying. WAITING FOR PHILIPPINE AIRLINE TO COMEBACK!! No JUANDER it’s called “budget airline”, it’s because of their budget service. Super very not value for money. Do the owner/s know all of this complain?
Delay of flights, don’t have any problem with that.
Overall complain is the service.

Please try to avoid this airline as much as possible. It is extremely unreliable, i had over 4 hours delay without any information or compensation. If you happen to travel in the philippines please choose an other carrier such as The Philippine Airline

Terrible airline to avoid at any cost. Not inly unreliable in terms of schedule (very often late – and really late), the customer service is inexistent. It seems the staff is really focusing on avoiding any responsibility of the airlines, which exacerbate the passengers and in turns makes the staff very agressive.

This airline is the new PAL – plane always late. Flown other budget airlines, Australia, Asia and Europe, but Cebu Pacific is the worse in terms of value for money. Lodged a complaint to give them the chance to respond and improve their service but no response as of today (was told give them seven days). It seems that they are too busy shuffling people to and fro for revenue, with no cares about customer experience. Banking only on budget commuters. Big fail as far as I am concerned. Crappier service than crap and whatever you save on fares is not worth all the hassles they create. If Cebu Pacific can get the little things very wrong, I am wondering what else could get wrong, literally a time bomb waiting to literally explode. Not flying again with these mob.
