    Mediocre airline, struggles at best to be professional. Aircraft are pretty standard for a budget airline but service is non existant. From check in until time you arrive you can be sure of being reminded your travelling on a budget airline.

    I have made several complaints to Cebu Pacific over the past 12 months, yet have not received any response from them at all. Don’t fly with them.

    Every flight I’ve flown on has been delayed and my friends. Definitely flying with Philippine airlines in the future to arrive on time

    Worst airline! Never been on time! Tag line should be ” why everyone hates to fly with!” You can only claim compensations when flight is delayed over 3 hours!!! But their usual delays are just within 3 hours!!! I had my kids with me and our flight was 1055am and we woke up so early and we were waiting for the delayed plane! My kids were starving and we got nothing!!! I think customer service care never exist in Cebu Pacific world!!!
