Flights are nearly always delayed by several hours, often cancelled, frequently re-routed. Arriving on-time, especially to or from Manila is certainly a rarity. If you have lots of time, patience and no connecting flight, you will be ok, otherwise, avoid! The money saved is NOT worth it.

Asked to pay almost one thousand Dollars for a luggage I already paid for even when my tickets indication I have the baggage allowance :/. Hidden charges airline rip offs, I’m not flying you ever again

Low cost, low expectations. Very simple airline, unique selling prop is the unbelievably low fares. In flight games can be a bit cringeworthy but i salute the CAs that do it with enthusiasm. Have seen a lot of s.e.a. because of cebu pac, cant wait for times to get better though, so we can afford to fly with non lccs more often.

Very good experience for a low cost airline . Flights in both directions were early. Cabin crew friendly and attentive. No complaints here. Would definitely fly with them again.

Showed up for our flight to Cebu and the kiosk was only giving us error messages so we went to wait in line. We reached the ticket counter and they rudely said we are now too late and lost our money. We went and bought another round of tickets for $500 and it was delayed 3 hours. We got on the plane and sat for at least 30-45 minutes with no AC and no offer of water. Then finally the warm water came but was not free.
