    Review #2. Today (1/25/17), we are heading to Manila from Cebu. Got our boarding passes and proceeded to Gate 5. We were ushered down the waiting area to the bus to board the plane. Waited in the bus for 10 minutes just to tell us to return back to the waiting area. They said that our plane had a defect and the back up plane is coming from Hong Kong. My question is, why in the world they made us check-in and headed down to ride a bus for transfer to the plane.
    This company has a lot of opportunities to up their game with regards to organization and coordination whenever problems arise. The frequency of this happening is making me conclude that their customer service needs a lot of attention. If this pattern of customer disservice continue, I definitely will not recommend Cebu Pacific to anyone.

    This airline, at least from Manila to Incheon, was not delayed at all. By using the promo season, we were able to get cheap fares and a decent ride. I’ve flown with this airline for about five times; it never gave me a reason to dislike it.

    The in-flight entertainment is virtually non-existent, but there are a few giveaways and games that the cabin crew randomly does once in a while.

    Overall, decent airline. I would recommend it for people looking for cheap, reliable rides.

    I used flights Bacolod Cebu or Cebu Bacolod three timesin theast three months. Each time he flight was cancelled. I had to take another flight he following day or to take a bus a d ferry in middle of night. Again this morning a friend could fly Cebu Bacolod the flight was cancelled. Again yesterday my best friend could not fly Cebu Bacolod. The evening flight was cancelled. Trip rescheduled tonight. And now my friend is waiting in airport. Flight delayed. More than one hour. Staff don’t know where players e is and what time it could arrive. I give up on this cie. I will rate it not reliable on many travel sites. So bad.. FINISHED.. I CANNKT TRUST THEM

    I should have listened to all my friends who used Cebu Pacific to book their flights. They have told me about how disappointing the company’s services are. At first, I thought my friends are just naturally whiners (yeah, they complain most of the time), but after I experienced transacting with Cebu Pacific, I proved how incompetent and disappointing this company is. I wonder how this
    company even become a big name.
