    3/25/2017 We bought 4 tickets to Singapore. We missed our flight because they held our companion at the immigration for so long and as soon as our departure is due we went to the gate and there was a gate reassignment. When we get to the actual gate they informed us that the airplane has left. The departure of the plane was supposed to be at 8:20. We got there at 8:16 but the airplane already left. This is our first time flying cebu pacific but we had the worst experience. If it was at terminal 3 they would have refunded our money or asked us to wait for the next flight. Cebu Pacific has no consideration or sympathy for its customers. We went to the immigration and the officer was even laughing that our plane left us. Afterwards we went to talk to cebu pacific ticketing staff. They we’re so rude and just keep insisting that they would not refund our ticket and that there is nothing they can do about our flight and it’s forfeited. We may never ever fly cebu pacific ever again. They have the worst customers service and satisfaction. I will let all the people i know to not fly cebu pacific because of our experience.$653 for our flight but all of it is wasted. Cebu pacific is the worst

    Delayed by 30 mins but is okay. Problem was my bag’s double lock, number lock and key lock, were destroyed. Though none of my things went missing, maybe the airline or who is responsible for this should address the proper way of handling our baggage. I do not know if its cebu pac or the country of departure? It is not the same country.

    Been flying for over 60 years but I have never encountered an airline like this.
    7 or 8 hours delays or even canceled flights after waiting all day for departure
    Total chaos and disinformation at counters. Forget connecting flights.
    Zero star is what they deserve.

    Review #1 – Cebu Pacific is the worst airline experience I have had.. It began before we departed Manila to Davao (1/18/17). The departure was delayed for 3 hours. Weather was good but was told that the aircraft broke down. That’s fine. The issue is the rebooking of passengers were so disorganized to a point that the counter literally surrounded by the angry mob. My wife told them to call their supervisor to control the masses due to a potential safety of the Cebu Pacific employees in the check in counter. The lack of leadership and organizational skills were obvious. They did not provide any complimentary meal to compensate tom the delay.
    Upon arrival, Flight attendant told us to proceed to Baggage claim #1. Waited for 20 minutes and only 5 bags came out. Asked one CP employee if there’s anymore bags coming, she said that we have to move to the other side of the terminal. One Employee said stay at carousel #1 while the other employee said to proceed to the other side. Had to run from one end to the next just to check on our luggage.
    Took PAL from Davao to Cebu, no problem.
