    Worst airline ever. Always late, no explanation, they inform you at the last minutes, make people.miss their connection and they just don’t care. Manager lies, say flight are full which is not the case..

    Already 4h delays and still waiting!!

    Avoid this company otherwise they will never learn their lessons.

    Unfortunately it is Asia so no compensation for delay or anything

    Flight SJ 568 was the most horrible of flights I have ever experienced, In the more than 1 million miles.of flights.

    First of all CEBU PACIFIC have this horrible habit of waiting for the very last minute to notify their passengers of flight delay. Flight SJ 568 was suppose to leave Cebu at 10:35 am July 27. Your staff knew or should have known that if at 9:30 that flight is still on the ground in Manila that an ETD of 10:30 am is impossible. Yet it was .after I made an inquiry that I learned”‹ of the delay, that was followed by an announcement at 10:15 am.

    Then, we left the gate 11:35 am only to return to the gate for a medical emergency. No problem there,.I understand.

    Finally we became airborne 12:40 pm only to encounter another medical emergency.on arrival in Manila. This particular event was handled so poorly that it brings to mind the question of what if this was a cabin wide emergency?

    First of all, at no time did the crew on SJ 568 make any mention whatsoever to passengers with connecting flights. Not one word. Second, without regard to the triple delays getting out of Cebu, we were asked to remain seated so that the medical team.waiting outside could enter the cabin

    And no advisory until one passenger got into an arguement with ur staff for not infoeming us!

    I’m Filipino and I’m very disappointed with this airlines. Flights always delayed and they never give you credit for it..it happend to me few times. Cebu pacific is the worst airlines ever in my opinion. They sucks ass

    Hello,
    First of all, I am writing this email from turkey and want to inform you about a big cheating of cebu pacific airlines.
    I am working as lawyer both in turkey and Philippines.
    Let me explain all deception case.
    I buyed ticket for my wife from manila to kuwait for transit from cebu pacific.
    We also had ticket from kuwait to turkey 4 hours after arriving kuwait.
    Me and my filipino friends always use kuwaıt aırport for transit and we sure that theres no transıt vısa ın kuwaıt.
    Somehow, Cebu pacific rejected us to fly from manila to kuwaıt and insisted on we need transit visa for kuwait.
    I communicated with kuwait embassy and they informed me that no need transit visa for kuwait to all country citizens in world.
    I searched internet and saw many victims have same problem and they dont even give us refund.
    I am completely sure now that cebu pacific sell many more tıckets than plane capacıty and reject whoever they want without any logical reason.
    I just want you to be aware of this cheating and warn this airlines checkin counter.
    Anyway Nowadays I am collecting sufficient documents to have court to this company. Whenever ı back Manila, I will be having court and defence my rights i
