    WORST WEBSITE EVER!!!!! Bar None…
    Very misleading and deceptive. Promoted rates are dishonest.
    Is extremely slow and often knocks you off before booking is complete.
    You are tricked into buying services you don’t want or need.
    Declines credit cards for no reason.
    This is a discount airline and I can understand and accept the overcrowded planes and the minimal seating space because prices are low; but at least have an efficient website that’s not designed to screw your customers.
    I live in Cebu for 6 months every year and fly throughout Asia while there. Cebu Pacific is the worst airline by far to book and one of the worst to fly.

    I booked with cebu pacific online Denpasar to Singapore – singapore to cebu.
    When I got to the check in at Denpasar, they said there was no record of my booking. After using my phone to call the Philippines ( they didnt have a phone to call customer service) we were put on hold so long, my phone ran out of credit, the whole procedure took over 1 hour. Still no record of my reservation. I was then told the gate had closed so I couldnt take the flight. I then had to buy a new ticket on philippine airlines costing $560 in order to make my Singapore to cebu flight later that night. When I checked at the cebu office in Cebu, they said my reservation was there? Any refund to me for the 2 flights i paid for? No.

    Flown Cebu Pacific 4 times in 2014 absolutely awesome budget airline. Staff are excellent and extremely helpful. Booking online is easy I have booked tickets for myself as well as others in the Philippines at different times from here in Australia without an issue. In fact I will be booking flights with them tonight for April. Only drawback flying with them has been a couple of delayed flights one being over an hour late due to knock on the other was 15 mins on tarmac waiting for take off slot at NAIA, plane left terminal on time issue was with air traffic. So if you have connecting flights to catch give yourself plenty of time between flights.

    Took the Manila-Bangkok-Manila flight back in 2006. The seats and spacing are too cramp for me. I’m 6’1″ in height and 220lbs. There is not enough elbow room and leg room.

    If given a choice, I wouldn’t choose them for long haul flights. 4 hours may not be long haul, but it’s very uncomfortable for a guy my size.

    If friends and relatives would ask me, I would recommend CebPac if they were on a budget and if I know they won’t feel uncomfortable in the cramp seats.

    The seats are unbelievably cramped. The ticket price is cheap IF on promo, otherwise not especially if you got some check in luggage. Entertainment is zero, food is horrible and purchased. Service is mechanical, that includes the smiles. Airport staff (Davao) are dishonest, a native elder woman with her daughter in front of me were over charged accordingly because of overweight carry ons. Later, one of their carry on was confiscated because it contained forbidden cargo (durian fruit). This I learned after the fact after translation. No refund was given. In the short version, I made a formal complaint on their behalf. As always, everyone’s all pleasant and nice on the “surface” … on the “surface” I say because nothing that really matters happens. Shocking because everyone else did nothing and just watched. No wonder this beautiful country is third world. My Filipino friend was profusely apologetic b/c otherwise my boyfriend and I had the most beautiful tropical holiday.
