    Worse airline to deal with that I experience. Most employees don’t know what they are doing. Those that work are over work and those that don’t just stand by pretending that they are working. Start my trip from Naga to Manila to Sydney and back and will have to think twice to book with Cebu Pacific again.

    Worst airline I have ever traveled with, but never fly with them again. Flight was delayed 4n hrs then luggage lost. Missed transfer bus and Cebu Pacific refused to help. Flight are always being delayed due to mechanical problem. next airline crash will involve Cebu Pacific.

    We booked trips DXB-MNL-DXB, MNL-PPS-MNL, MNL-CAT-MNL. All worked amazingly well. Aircrafts are brand-new, service perfect, plenty of help-desk at Manila Airport, ppl cheerful and helpful. Flights on time or minutes only late. The whole experience in Philipines was more than positive.

    Always late and I mean ALWAYS. Usually at least an hour. And there doesn’t seem to be any attempt to improve their appalling time keeping record.

    same complaints as everyone – poor website. Cards are declined without telling you why. There are a bunch of add-ons to your flight costs if you don’t book carefully. Most importantly, they overbook everything. I was touring around the Philippines for a week and had several Cebu Pacific flights, 90% of them were delayed 2+ hours. And you don’t get notified of a delay until after your boarding time passes, so you can’t even make arrangements for something else. Even when if one flight is delayed and its obvious the next flight on the same plane will also be delayed, they won’t tell you. Never again! I easily wasted 3 days of daylight sitting in airports for my Cebu Pacific flights.
