It was a nightmare !! 15 June ( 2hours late )CX734/15 flight delayed departure from SG to HK,
(1 hour late )CX589/18 transit to Pudong International Airport and 19 June canceled return flight from HK to SG.
No bad weather was reported on 19 June……what’s wrong Cathay Pacific now ??

the service staff at cathay Pacific airlineprovided to senior passenger who can’t speak English in australia to travel all the way to nanjing was beyond expectation. highly recommend to people.who need to travel between australia and China to choose this airline.

I have been flying with Cathay Pacific at least in the past 20 years. Their service is much better than the local airlines – Qantas.
I flew from London to Hong Kong and then onwards to Sydney.
The service from London to Hong Kong was great. Staff was attentive. I always remember one thing – being nice and polite to them goes a long way. Most passengers “demand”. If they don’t get what they want, they will say the service is bad.
Cabin crews are very helpful. Always get me what I asked for.
From Hong Kong to Sydney I got an upgrade to Premium Economy. Again the service was good. I had what I asked for and the flight was very pleasant.
I definitely recommend Cathay Pacific to everyone as nowadays not many airlines can provide what we call ‘service’.
