We flew Perth to Paris. Seat space was good, food was the same as economy and we did not have a dedicated attendant so once meal served hardly saw the crew. No priority boarding in Paris or Hong Kong. Perth departure was good with priority boarding offered. Our seats were at the back of Premium so felt as though you were sitting in Economy, curtain not pulled much at all. Not good value overall.

I flew from Hong Kong to Perth then back on my regular flight CX 017 or 019 as always amazing quality and service is outstanding. It really shows how much the staff care about you. They include helpful tips about your location and destination.

Polite, friendly, staff and reasonably efficient, however, the seating in economy is extremely uncomfortable on a long haul trip of 10+ hours. It seems that quite a few airlines are adopting very uncomfortable seat designs that have minimal cushioning and that have only the seat base that slides backwards or forwards as a substitute for a reclining seat. This arrangement is ergonomically unsound and just unacceptable for a long haul flight. The aircraft flown was an Airbus A330.
