Flew Economy
-traveling as a family of 4
-gave us the wrong seats
-didn’t even send our luggage on the plane,was left in Sydney. Didn’t have clothes,shoes,toletries and Medication for 3 days.
-Cathy pacific did not give an apology, help or explanation.
-would never travel with Cathy pacific ever again,or recommend this airline to anyone.

Flew Premium Economy
Premium economy sucks! For the extra money paid definitely not worthit. Qantas is much better.

Very pleased with the service and aircraft generally. Flight was a return trip to San Francisco with transit at Hong Kong. Hindu meal was better than expectation. Pleasant and accommadating cabin crew. Will definitely fly Cathay Pacific again.

This is my review for the return portion of my trip from HCMC (Vietnam) to Sydney (Australia) No better that the forward trip. Boarding has not changed and just as disorganised again, I have seen cattle loaded at the sales yards better than this. I wont fly with them ever again they have a long way to go to attract me back. At least the meals were better on this flight. Just could not believe that a supposedly top Airline could be so slack. I wish them good luck they need it
