    I am a Person With Disability and has flown with Cathay Pacific twice. I would say, they were my best flights so far. They gave me assistance all the way. Food was good. If there is any reason I will fly with another airline, it’s the flight hours from Manila. It’s a bit long with 12 hours the shortest they can do but regarding service. I love it!

    I have to eat gluten free food and I was appalled by the quality and quantity of it.

    Our first experience on Cathay Pacific from Toronto to Singapore is a lesson I will never forget. Flight leaving Toronto was delayed for an hour thus missing our connecting to Singapore. Had a 5 hour wait at the transfer lounge with limited restaurants for food and snacks . Spoke to Cathay transfer staff if they could put me and my three children on a code share flight and was disgusted by their condescending attitude. They were not helpful and nothing was done to ease our discomfort from the delay. Even service from crew members was sub standard. Will not fly Cathay again. Even the se

    Started off well, but the food was just mush. Yuck! Going from MEL to HKG then TPE (CX178), (CX451), (CX105). Ok service with somewhat helpful staff. Took them forever to com to my service, would never recommend them to anyone.

    Two months ago, I was searching for a one-way air ticket from the Japanese KIX airport to the JFK in the Cathay Pacific airlines US web site, and found a flight (CX503/CX846) for $872. I booked that flight from the Cathay Pacific US web site, but somehow it redirected me to its Japanese site and charged me 95,590 Japanese Yuan. After the booking, I found out the charge is more expensive than the initial $872 fare shown on its US web site. Therefore, I cancelled the booking online since its US web site says it is free cancellation within 24 hours. I expected to get the full refund for my cancelled booking. However, Cathay Pacific charges me 30K Japanese Yuan for the cancellation. They said my booking was booked through its Japanese site, which has a different cancellation policy. But my booking was initiated from the US site and redirected to its Japanese site without any warning. It is a totally fault of Cathay Pacific airlines, but I am asked to paid 30K cancellation fee.
