    Extremely rood Chief Stewardess on board the flight 3696 Barcelona – Brussels. She was shuffeling luggage without even bother to ask to whom they belong and crumbeling other people jackets, like their belong to her. Once she kindly asked not to crumble the jackets, she replied in extremely rood manner “I can because I’m alowd to do so!” Outcome, my jacket was dirty from other luggage wheels and dameged!!
    My last flight with Brussesls Airlines definitelly.

    One of the most awful airlines I have experienced. I have flown with them to Geneva through Brussels and it was a nightmare. One the outbound flight we were delayed by 6(!) hours sitting on one plane first and then on the other and just waiting. Only a tiny amount of awful quality food or drinks were provided for free. On the flight back, another delay and I almost missed my connecting flight. Apparently they can never do anything in time. My lowest score to them and advice to you: never use them!

    Hi, I have tried to book since September! After the first trial, they could not issue the ticket because they did not communicate/charge the admin fees. It took them a month to realize their mistake and why the tickets could not get issued! After clearing this issue, I got the ticket and I guess what? They booked the wrong time! I told them 6 pm, they booked for 6 am! This is what happened when you outsource your callcenter in midtier countries. After calling back last week, they recognized the mistake and confirmed over the phone that they will issue tickets for 6.45pm. Of course, I did not hear back from them for a week. So today, I just called back and they told me that the flight for 6.45 pm is fully booked so I need to take at 5pm or 9pm! This is UNACCEPTABLE. It is more than a month, Brussels Airlines makes a mistake and I have to take the burden by changing my plans. I have never experienced in the past such bad quality service! I am not even counting the time and money spent calling them! I have just been talking to agent called “LEI” for more than 1 hour, she was not even able to give me answer. Lengthy process and not capable staff!

    Worst airlines my husband and I have flown on. On our flight to the US from Tel Aviv we didn’t receive our Kosher meals that we had ordered. Only once we were on the flight were we notified that we had to have confirmed the Kosher meals when checking in, though such an option did not appear when we had checked in. It does not make sense that someone who ordered a special meal would not want it when checking in and that the airlines can just remove it.
    Even worse, we just checked in to our flight back to Tel Aviv for tomorrow. We wanted to add an extra bag each and pay for that ahead of time. During check in no option was available for that so we finished that and called the airline’s customer service for help. The representative was unhelpful and put us on hold constantly. 20 minutes later, she told us we would have to pay more to add the bags since we had already checked in. We had never had this problem before but agreed to the fee. However, when she wanted to charge us 100 Euro per bag on the phone instead of the of the 75 Euro listed on the website we declined. We hope to simply pay the 75 Euro tomorrow, though I do not trust this airlines at all at this rate.
