    Oh BA wtf you have turned yourself into a Ryan air without the cheap prices! I have flown for 18 years to Aberdeen from LHR…you now charge for seat allocation…fine except before you brought this in i was always pre allocated a window or aisle seat…since you brought this in i now am always pre allocated a middle seat! Really! I suspect you pre allocate everyone now into middle seats even when theres not enough to make us pay our £6 to move….pathetic…national carrier you are a national disgrace the only reason i fly with you is because i want to fly from Heathrow….not Luton or Stanstead….god how i wish easyjet flew to Aberdeen from Heathrow….would i ever use BA for my regular lnghaul to Australia oh god no no no way …..crappy crappy nasty without the crappy nasty cheap prices as a national carrier you are an embarassment!

    We took a flight from Milano via London to Bangkok. The staff in Milano, ok. The lounge serves a nice breakfast in the morning. The flight to London uneventful. The lounges in London are good but too full. It is a problem to find a seat sometimes. We were on an 20 year old B777s from London to Bangkok round trip. The crew was superb on both legs. The legroom is ok and the service is good. The entertainment program is old fashion. The screens are old and the choice is very limited. But when compared to economy on other european carriers it was over average.

    Excellent all round. Return trip from Heathrow to California with the family for Christmas and New Year. We had very specific requirements for our tickets and I used the phone service to make the booking. The level of service was outstanding. Just before our trip we needed to make a change to the date and departure airport for our return leg. Same level of service. And at Heathrow T5 to book our seats. I cannot imagine how anyone could have been more helpful in any of these situations. The flights themselves were great. Economy seats upstairs on the A380 was a little cramped but the level of service was excellent and the crew very friendly. A very positive experience. Premium Economy on the return flight B787-9 was excellent, very comfortable, stewards offering water seemed to magically appear whenever we needed it. Food was possibly the one area that was disappointing on both legs. But apart from that, which is a minor niggle, I would choose to fly with BA again, in fact I would look forward to it.

    an absolute shambles at Frankfurt airport coupled with a complete indifference from British Airways staff left us in a queue which took longer than the time available to get to the plane. An extremely rude member of staff then proceeded to lie to us about calling all passengers for London City, yet this simply wasn’t true. plane took off with just 16 passengers on board. British Airways reluctantly re booked us on a KLM flight the next day which was so much better than the very indifferent British Airways flight.
