Blue Air

An unexpectedly good experience as good reviews were thin on the ground. Helpful, friendly crew, a free meal and drinks and a clean safe flight. Not much more you can ask for from a budget airline.

I choosed my seats paying 5 Euros each in the second row at the reservation moment but when i made my online check in they assigned me random seats . Abviosly they didn’t refunded me the cost of this optional i choosed.

Blue air was perfect for a short trip from Tel Aviv to Larnaca specialy cost was very fair i am sure for longer trips it will be also suitable since staff was very friendly

I fly with blue air last a week.The seats was comfortably.But when I was going to athens the food was very small and the toilet was very bad.When I was come to larnaca the food was a big sandwich and the toilet clear.

Overall, not a terrible experience. Two legs, Luton to Otopeni then Otopeni to Larnaca. First leg was simple and the staff friendly and accommodating. There was little communication or direction and we were unable to find where to get our second leg boarding cards. No blue air staff to be seen.
The second leg was delayed, initially notified by email, then delayed again on the day. I would have been happier if they let us know what was happening. The second flight was again very basic and he seats not the best but at least when I explained I had my son and partner (extremely nervous flyer) with me, they managed to seat us together.
Overall if your after a budget and simple flight, blue air is for you, if you want the frills, pay for them!
