    Flew Austrian to Shanghai. Super friendly staff and love the lie flat bed. Also Austrian has by far the best business class catering. Only choice of entertainment could be more elusive but was ok.

    Flew back home from Zurich to Vienna, flight was on time, staff was friendly as usual (I fly them a lot/Star Gold*), plane clean, except for the “snacks” nothing to complain, on par with Swiss.

    This was by far the worse flight Ive ever been on, and I am frequent flyer-Star Alliance Gold. The service was NONE-they came around twice for meal service and once with juice, and only once to pick up the trash. There was no soap in any bathrooms-and the trash was overflowing.

    Because of technical problems in Brussels, my flight was cancelled after 3 hours of waiting. Nobody told us anything, there was no personnel at the desk and we were treated without any respect, like cattle, when we went to the Austrian Airlines center to pose questions. Everything was unacceptable, we didn’t receive any voucher for hotel or food. And the cancelled flight it was totally their fault.
