We flew back to Luton last year from Istanbul.
We requested leg room seats at check in and they said that they had none left.
We also noted that they had a business class so asked if there wwre any seats available. For a minimum extra cost of Ã‚Â£50. Each the resturn flight was cheaper than our flight out with ryanair to Athens and less hassle.
We sat at the front of the plabe in proper business class seats. Massive leg room and perfect attendance and service from the csbin crew and great food and beveragrs. This was a great end to our holiday and i would deffo fly woth them again in this section but probably not in economy as they are tight like any other airline.
10/10 for my flight

we received our baggage 1 week after landing to to gaziantep no one had a clue where out baggage was. i emailed atlas global thew time they didn’t even bother to send me an email with apology i would never or ever fly with atlas global again……

The flight from Paris to Bishkek was OK (but not great). In Istanbul we asked the staff if our bags were on the next flight and he assured they had been transferred. However when we arrived in Bishkek (after a quite in comfortable flight), our bags were not there and we had to wait 2 days (and postpone our trip and take 2 hotel nights) to wait for our bags. We were told we would be compensated US $ 50 per passengers and we were four. After chasing their customer service for compensation we were told, compensation was based on number of bags! And although we had 3 bags and provided the 3 tags, and while the form filled in by Atlas Global staff in Bishkek mentioned THREE bags, Atlas Global staff in Istanbul now tell us that in their system they have only 2 request filed and thus want to compensate only for Two bags!

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT FLY WITH ATLAS GLOBAL!
If you do not want to ruin your holidays before your actual departure, do not book a flight with this company.
They cancelled our flight, offered us another one and never picked up the phone, answer any e-mail. Like they stopped to exist.

We took the flight from Amsterdam to Istanbul Ataturk airport. In our return flight to Amsterdam, our luggage has been delayed for one month. Although the air hostesses were very friendly and they had good food on board, they have very very bad services in finding the lost baggage. They finally found our baggage after my email. As they said, the tag was lost. Because of the old tags they could not find out that the baggage was belonging to us. It was really frustrating. Probably, I would not hear anything about my baggage if I did not email them. It seemed that they did not check the passenger list using the PIR and the old tags on the baggage. I think that customer services need some refinement…
