    Various flights 737 and DH8

Crew are reasonable polite and efficient. Meal is so so. Usually on time.
    Lome hub is surprisingly efficient.
The lounge in Lome for BClass passengers is the airlines biggest downfall. It is shocking with totally disinterested staff (only interested with what’s on their mobile phones). I suspect this will get better with the new airport.
As with all flights in Africa it is more the airport check in staff of the airports that unfortunately let their airline partners down. Don’t expect efficient organized check in and don’t think priority tags on your luggage will mean anything

    Accra – Lome – Dakar: May 2012.
Older aircraft (737?), ex Ethiopian airlines. Business Class seat was on par with late 1970’s style, effectively almost upright. Food was of similar style. Cabins reflect the age of the aircraft and are tired. Flight crew were OK, reasonably polite and attentive. In flight entertainment is whatever you carry with you.
