My baggage went missing 27th May 2022, no one will respond to request for assistance, all forms completed.
On the rare occasion you speak to someone you get different stories and then they put you on hold and then disconnect.

My family booked flights and partially paid for the flights using airline credits we had due to a COVID cancellation. We were told we could make any changes for free within the next 48 hours. Just a few hours later I noticed a better and cheaper flight had just come available with enough seats now showing. I called the customer service number again and they helped me switch everything to the new flight. They told me that my account would be credited for the difference. Never once did he mention that I would receive MORE airline credits instead of a credit to my card that was used. This is a HORRIBLE way to do business. I have made multiple calls, sat on hold for hours only to be told to submit everything in an email so that someone could call me. If this airline cared anything about its customers and having repeat business, they would issue any refunds or changes in fees to the credit card first and then issue airline credits for any amount over what was charged to the card.

Worst airline in America. I’ve flown 4 times and 2 trips were screwed up. This first time I was stranded at DFW for 3 days. Now I’m trying to get home from Costa Rica. It’s Saturday and I may not get home until monday. I’ll never fly AA again.

THE WORST AIRLINE COMPANY EVER !!!
They delayed my flight three times after my arrival to the airport and even the last provided departure time was false, which caused me to miss my overseas flight. I had to buy a new ticket (a pricey one), I got home almost a day later and not to mention all the stress…
After I sent a refund request, they didn’t solve it for three weeks and even then I haven’t got an email. I’ve spent hours on the line in order to find who can help, but none could. I’ve sent two emails, but I’ve still got no reply, after more than 10 days.
SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISAPPOINTING.

Flew United from Zurich to Newark and Swiss for the return flight. There was no comparison the American flight was much better. The cabin was more modern (did not compare the age of the plains), the Economy Plus gives the budget passage a great choice to get a more comfortable seat without having to upgrade to Business Class.
I found the Swiss seats very tight for a Trans-Atlantic flight.
