    I have a couple collection accounts that I want to get removed. I was going through a divorce and lost track of certain bills/paper work. Also, I have completed student loan rehabilitation on my six student loans that went into default. I have been making on time payments with the new provider but the old loans still remain as closed/transferred with the negative payment history on them. Shouldn’t they be deleted since the same loans are now with a new loan provider? It is essentially duplicated reporting them, right? I am planning on getting married in a couple years and want to buy a house with my current girlfriend and with this stuff on my report I fear I won’t be able to do this. This was exactly my story until I contacted ROOTKITS CREDIT SPECIALIST who did the magic by clearing all the debts and raised my score to 800+ across the bureaus and even added some positive tradelines on my report.     Absolute worse airline I have ever flown. Why? On one trip it broke down in mid air, made an emergency landing and then kept trying to repair the same plane. They finally got another plane the next day. They gave us an ~$800 credit. We went to use it and they said that amount does not count and we can only use ~half and there was a $200 fee.
    2. I had a carry on that I used on every flight for years.and a bag lady at the plane hatch told me I could not take it on. She said if I did not agree I was banned for life.
    3. They closed the door two minutes early of last call and would not open them for us. The plane then sat there for 45 minutes.
    4. They cannot serve refreshments to coach because of COVID. However, if you fly 1st class they do. I guess there is no COVID in 1st class.
    5. Stewardesses are rude and threat banning everyone that they think is an inconvenience.

    I am a frequent flier, I was kind of shocked at the poor reviews for AA, That is not my experience flying AA. If you book your flight through a 3rd party website, don’t blame AA when they require you to make changes to your flight through other site. Second, 3rd party sites like to book VERY tight connections, those flights are sometimes only available on expedia or other site. Make sure you have at least an hour/two of connection time when booking your flight. Third, WHY do people blame airlines for the weather? They can’t change the weather, if you miss flights because of it, just suck it up, we all have to. It’s not the airlines fault. And you need to always be prepared for that possibility. If you are so broke that you can’t afford the local motel 6 for a night after a missed flight, you shouldn’t be flying in the first place. I fly 3 times a month, every month for the last 20 years. In my experience, AA has always been fantastic and I prefer them over the other big legacy airlines. The bad reviews over missed flights are just stupid and silly.

    Absolutely terrible experience. Went to Phoenix, AZ from Atlanta on Delta and had an amazing experience. On the way back I booked with AA. They cancelled my flight back to Atlanta 7 hours before my flight. I will give them credit that they gave me a hotel voucher and meal voucher. So the next day I get to my flight at 1:25 PM and they had me on a connecting flight from Dallas to Atlanta. We were delayed 2 hours so I missed my connecting flight. I go to customer service to get a new one and they couldn’t book me until 7 AM the next day. I received no hotel or meal voucher and had to sleep in the cold airport all night. Customer service was unhelpful and it was unnecessary to even create my first flight since they cancelled it due to crew rest. Ridiculous.
