Worst airline ever. Should not be allowed to fly. Completely ruined our vacation with their unnecessary cancellations and delays. Cost us days of time and hundreds of dollars extra to re9ach our destination. Than they have the dignity to tell us they wont refund our money. After a great deal of arguing and getting upset with countless people they agreed to but it would take 90 days. I have no faith that they will keep their word. DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE.

The worst airlines ever !
We booked a flight from La Paz to Rurrenabaque. They cancelled it during night before departure, which was in the morning and don`t want to refund money. They maintained the plane 🙂 Probably it was not booked to full load so their excuse was maintenance. They don`t answer emails etc. We heart, that it is normal for that airlines and you can wait for the money for an half year in the better case scenario. Don`t fly with them if you don`t need !
This is the message from them: AMASZONAS airlines informs the fly 96 from LA PAZ to RURRENABAQUE for JAN 28th IS CANCELLED FOR A MANTEIN OF OUR PLANE.Please call us to change your flght or maybe request the refund..

En noviembre compramos un vuelo de La paz hacia Uyuni, por causas de fuerza mayor nos vimos obligados a cancelar el vuelo, ahà comienza la lucha contra esta aerolÃnea, primero NUNCA constaban las llamadas y cuando nos logramos comunicar y se les dijo de la situación se nos indicó que tenÃamos dos opciones, una congelar el vuelo y la otra una devolución de X porcentaje del costo del vuelo.
Elegimos la opción dos, desde esa fecha (noviembre 16 del 2015) hasta hoy, seguimos a la espera que se nos devuelva el dinero, no contestan correos, no hacen nada.
A ninguna persona le recomiendo comprar en esta aerolÃnea a no ser que quieran ser objeto de un robo, vean el Facebook de esta gente y se darán cuenta que no somos los únicos con problemas, la falta de respeto, de servicio al cliente e ineptitud son normales en esta empresa.

I flew with Amaszonas between Uyuni and La Paz and everything was ok. The flight was really short (+ – 30min) but the confort and the service were enough to make you feel confortable.
