Travelled on 31’May,2017 from Delhi to Goa @ 3:55pm flight. A day prior to flight recvd call from Air Asia to confirm meal bookings & we confirmed same. During flight air hostess served us as per their choice not as per our booking & was rude enough to tell us pls mark a complaint & give feedback on site I can’t help. Never Air Asia again, cheaters..

Flight was delayed out of hkt to kul was 3 mins late for my connection Asia air did not give a dam about it wanted to put me on a flight next day .then they had the audacity to charge me 25 for my golf clubs after I paid an extra $30 to upgrade this is dam unreasonable considering my total weight was only 26kg said sporting goods not applicable as baggage what a load of crap never had this problem with other carriers and they don’t book thru flights to their other destinations I’ll never fly these gooses again and I’m a frequent flyer!!!!!

What is the point of us purchasing premium flex seating only to be asked by Air Asia staff to pay nearly $250USD just to change our flight for a later departure on the same day from HCMC?
Literally none. Now we are in KL with nearly 9 hours to kill before our flight to Australia and we are not allowed to use the ‘premium red’ lounge for more than 3 hours.

During my most recent travel from Hyderabad to Australia, I was serviced by two incredibly helpful and friendly air Asia staff members by the names of Akshita Reddy and Ayesha Begun. They were very considerate given the fact that I was travelling with a minor.
Well done Air Asia for churning out such highly competent staff who make our travel such a breeze,,,,
