Air New Zealand

We have just flown from Hong Hong to Auckland on the overnight Air New Zealand flight.
The staff worked hard to provide comfort and safety for passengers, the meals were about as good as you can expect in the situation and the touchscreen media was very easy to use.
Thank you Air New Zealand staff for your commitment to the safety and comfort of passengers.

Flew from Wellington to Tauranga, it was a nice flight. the best thing about it was the outstanding service from Jordan? I think his name was, tall chap with glasses. He was very friendly and helpful.
He even told the woman behind us off for using her mobile phone during the ENTIRE flight, commenting “I just needed to send a couple of emails” as we were taxiing to the gate.

I enjoyed the new safety video. I thought the service was very positive and could ask for anything. The food on board was very tasty like the angus beef burger. I enjoyed the new range of movies on board. Would recommend this airline 100%

When returning from the toilet there were two trolleys in the aisle. After I got past one trolley because of a vacant seat the hostess rather rudely told me not to sit down until the next trolley was past me. That was unnecessary because I was standing next to my own seat and would have been in the way if I had not sat down.

The second problem was that I was not served dinner and when I asked for dinner later I was told that I would have been asleep when dinner was served and everything was packed away. When I asked if I could get some snacks I was given some left over dinner and the hostess said, “See what you miss when you are asleep.” I don’t think I am expected to stay awake on a long flight from Singapore to Auckland to get my dinner. If I was asleep the hostess could have woken me up for dinner – as is the usual practice with other airlines.

We traveled to and from Melbourne to Aukland then Aukland to Los Angeles this month on Air New Zealand. Our experience was very pleasant, the cabins were very comfortable, the in flight entertainment was fantastic, the flight attendants were lovely and very professional. The meals provided were absolutely amazing both breakfast, lunch and dinner. The over all flight was very comfortable and smooth which made our experience one to remember.

The Air New Zealand app from the app store made it extremely easy for us to check in for our flights on time and select our seats all together. Displaying our flights clearly and separately, It also provided us with relevant information about the flight like the gates and terminal number.

We are planning a trip to New Zealand next year and I’ve already booked our flights with Air New Zealand. I would highly recommend traveling with this air line, and like to say a big thank you to the staff onboard the aircraft for making our family holiday such a success.
