Air New Zealand

Flew Air NZ to Texas and back with my 1 year old. Premium Economy there and Economy ticket back which they upgraded to Premium for me the day before the flight. Amazing airline. Amazing helpful, friendly staff everywhere. One of many brilliant experiences with this airline. Would be my first choice always. Thanks Air NZ for making my very special trip even better than I could imagine.

Air New Zealand ground staff were very helpful and sorted problems for us.
The cabin crew were helpful, friendly and attentive. We also enjoyed the food. we left on time and arrived early.

I think that air nz dont consider many guests flying Australia to NZ may have come from further afield.
After having spent 2 days with my 2 kids in flying in to Melbourne from the far side of the planet, we were very tired.
So to have our ears assaulted with the over the top volume of the safety briefing really was awful. Even with my fingers in my ears it was too loud. So why so loud? There us no need for it.
The service though was great and also the food. But the volume, it is a health and safety issue.

I don’t know why but I have never wanted to like AIR NZ but they keep proving me wrong. Slightly Pricey – Unless you use grabaseat but wow their product is superior. The board the latest and depart on time so well. The food is somewhere between amazing and good. Service is awesome. Cabins are always immaculate. The safest I feel in the sky in one of their planes. The dreamliner has changed flying for me!

I have had a chance to travel on an international trip with Air New Zealand just once. However, the experience was really good apart from the leg space for economy seats. The staff were really polite, well dressed and mannered. They could actually go an extra mile to see a happy customer.
