Flew Economy
My partner and myself flew on terrible circumstances and wish to thank Air NZ for their amazing support and understanding and for allowing us to board after gate closure. In addition to this my partner then went to fly back to Aust from NZ and news had to be passed onto him whilst on the flight and this also was done with the upmost professionalism
Well done Air NZ your amazing. Another reason why we love flying with you

I chose Air Newzealand to go to Newzealand and I had the best experience ever.Wonderful entertainment system and very good food.And I also loved Newzealand.It is a beautiful country.I really enjoyed my time with you and Newzealand.

777 from Buenos Aires to Auckland. Plane in good condition, economy seating relatively comfortable, food pretty good, cabin crew professional and amiable.
Lufthansa from Frankfurt to BA (747-800) not as comfortable-too restricted-not enough toilets and mediocre food.

Flew from Auckland to Ho Chi Minh City and back again on the 767-300 . Flight was mostly full but the service from the staff was still amazing – frequently offered water and other drinks, food came at just the right times and staff were happy to help with whatever was needed. Seats weren’t the most comfortable. Headphones offered on the first flight were very comfortable and noise-cancelling but we didn’t get the same ones on the flight back – not sure why there was a difference. Overall, very happy with this airline and would recommend.

Flew Business
My daughters and i flew to Honolulu in June this year for my daughters sporting competition. I put in a bid to upgrade to business premier and it was accepted. Now I never want to go back to economy. It was amazing. From the second you get on the plane the staff treat you like royalty. The seats were amazing and as for the food, it was fabulous. I wanted for nothing. We were treated so very well I’m surprised they didnt kiss us goodnight and tuck us in. I will try to go business anytime I can it was out of this world good. ( And I’m very fussy!!). We are off on another long haul flight next year in premium economy so I can’t wait to compare. Well done Air New Zealand, you’re fabulous. And I should know fabulous when I see it!!.
