Air Canada Keeps changing times of flights. Last Christmas I managed to get the whole family together, kids, spouses and mother and closer to the time of departure AC cancelled one of its flights coming back from RSW to YYZ and the flight was too late for my 85 year old mother to ome back on and she ended up cancelling her vacation Thank you very much Air Canada, this was a year in planning and it did not come to fruition. That was just one occasion, last month AC changed the time of my flight from RSW to YYZ where they ended up cancelling my flight. For whatever reason I did not get the email for the change, and I missed my flight. I ended up with no help from them to rebook out of MIA ( that is after they said that the flight was full) the next day. This resulted in a car rental and additional hotel expenses……again I thank you Air Canada. I was always an advocate for AC, but not any more, my future flights have now been booked with another airline.

Did not like the fact that there was NO TV screens in the headrest and that you had to use you own device or rent one. BAD concept.

Upgraded to business class for several hundred dollars. Was a long working week and just wanted to chill on my way back home Saturday afternoon.

No greeting. No smiles. Attendants morosely going through the motions. I feel sorry for them, their morale seems to be non-existent.

Had a choice of meals and as is often the case what you want they are out of. Which in this case was the chicken, so beef ‘tenderloin’ it is. I honestly don’t think I would have served it to my pets it was so awful. Didn’t make a fuss, just returned the plate without complaint. As I was still hungry I requested a cheese and fruit plate from the economy cart, which seemed a somewhat complicated request from the standpoint of the attendant. Eventually she came back with it and informed me that I would be required to pay for it – $4.95! Several hundred dollars to upgrade, an inedible meal and I had to pay for the cheese plate. The cheese was limp and the grapes were shrivelled. So sorry she was but, you know, rules are rules. A shrug of the shoulder and she was gone for the rest of the flight.

Cabin on the 320 was tired, the seats sagged and the service was all but non existent.

As a regular customer I am beyond disgusted with your service this year. I take a connecting flight with you every year from Toronto to Sudbury. Last year, for 3 people, this cost me £180. This year it has cost me £700. I booked it back in January to get a good early price. If I book the same flight today it would cost £165. How can you justify this? To add insult to injury my long haul flight from London has now been put back by an hour and I cannot even make this connecting flight now, having phoned you, you now want to charge me an EXTRA $100 dollars per person to do this. I have sent a complaint through your website but not heard back. What terrible customer service!

I have recently flown Air Canada Brisbane/Vancouver/Brisbane on their direct service. The only positive thing I could say about the trip is that destinations were reached safely.
Over many years I have flown with lots of the major carriers but at no time have felt the need to express my disappointment with any of them the way I need to with Air Canada.
We flew on their Dreamliner aircraft not expecting to be so cramped up that you could hardly move. The seats are very close together and are smaller than most economy seats. Apart from meal service, the inflight service consisted of a cabin attendant walking through the cabin holding in one hand a plastic bottle of water and in the other a supply of plastic cups. The fold down tray tables are barely big enough to hold your food tray and certainly leave no room for your drink.
To sum up, if I were given free tickets to fly Air Canada again, I would not use them. They are without doubt, the worst airline I have ever flown.
