Aerolineas Argentinas

I flew from GRU to AEP and back in early April 2015. Both flights were connections with flights to/from IAD. I wasn’t expecting much, but I was impressed by the cleanliness of the plane (which was brand new), the quality of the food (a sandwich and a galletita), and the service. There some confusion with my return ticket due to an unusual booking procedure, but the staff resolved it in a satisfactory manner (in Spanish). As flying into Newberry is much, much more convenient than flying into Ezeiza, I anticipate flying Aerolineas Argentinas again.

We took a round trip flight from Buenos Aires to Rome…BIG mistake getting tickets for an airline that doesn’t fly daily….They “rescheduled” both flights (outbound and inblund) and the only solution they gave was to rebook us on a different flight…
On the way to Rome, the entertainment system didn’t work at all…even when the aircraft was a new A340…It seems that non of the flights attendant didnt really care about it.
On the way back, the plane was SO OLD that even had ashtrays on every armrest….and only one big screen for the movie in the whole cabine

Viaje en clase economica el 28 de Diciembre desde Argentina a Bolivia (Santa Cruz) retornando el 19 de Enero desde La Paz. Todos los vuelos salieron a horario y tuvimos una buena atencion tanto en el aeropuerto como abordo. El servicio de comida muy bien pero el espacio dentro del avion es muy reducido pero considerando que es vuelo de 3 hs no es tan grave. La relacion precio y calidad es muy buena, hay que tener en cuenta que la tarifa muy economica pero no por ello menos segura y de calidad. Preferiria pagar un poco mas y tener un poco mas de confort aun asi muy conforme con el servicio en general.

We flew economy from Miami to Buenos Aires Ezezia (EZE) on 12/24/14 and returned on 1/3/2015. First, they have almost no online presence so you have to call if you want to pick seats, but the 800 number is not manned 24-hours. When you do get someone, their English is so poor as to be almost unintelligible. The plane to EZE was an older A340 that was dirty and had lose panels that rattled the entire 9 hour flight. The entertainment system did not work at all. The return flight was much worse. EZE is the most chaotic airport I have ever used. Aerolineas Argentinas check-in is one long line for each individual flight, the only airport I have ever been to that uses this system. Every flight is scheduled to leave around the same time and the terminal is small, so it is crowded, noisy and hot. There is no one to explain how check in works or which line you should stand in. The line moves very slowly, but that didn’t matter since our flight left 3 hours late on a sunny day. They ran out of food toward the back of the plane where I was and only had side dishes left. All of the employees are unhelpful and offhand. Don’t fly this airline if you can possibly avoid it.

Salvo por condiciones meteorológicas evidentes, nunca he tenido inconvenientes viajando en Aerolineas Argentinas.
El servicio es excelente en todos sus sentidos, conectando cada vez más lugares con respecto a los vuelos de cabotaje sobre todo.
