flown with Aeroflot for the 1st time and the last time for sure.service was appalling the crew or the airport staff hardly speak any English and have attitude, at Moscow the departure gate had changed but they didn’t think of making an announcement until the last minute therefore a long delay then if that wasn’t bad when we got to Dubai our luggage was missing and no call from them to inform us what’s happening and no luck trying to contact them either. 2 days later the luggage arrived.worst experience in my 10 years of travelling will not recommend Aeroflot to anyone and I would rather pay extra and travel with a another airline next time

There was no alcohol in the flight(not even for sale) from Moscow – Delhi and the food was just minimally fine. They had an entertainment system which was neither great nor bad. The air hostess were okay. Some of the ground staff was particularly rude and made the passengers bear the brunt of their mistakes. In brief, it would be worth to opt for this airline if there is a significant profit in terms of fare as compared to other airlines.

…I had an urgent matter to go to Moscow with strong pain in my back. The crew were super attentive to my needs. Everybody were quick, kind and very professional. I’m not even mentioning (not like in American airlines)always free lunch and dinner, wine, free games and movie services, toys for kids.

Probably the worst airline that I have flown with. When I tried to contact them, all their agents are hard to talk to and I could barely understand a word that they were speaking. The flight entertainment was great but that was probably the best thing about it. The service was also bad and the flight attendants had quite an attitude when I apologize for not understanding what they said to me. I have flown with many different airlines and Aeroflot has to be the worst airline ever. I am never flying with them again.

I flew with Aeroflot from America to Israel, and back (long international flight). It was a newer plane with personal screen, and the food was great! (except the free wine, but that’s common with most airlines). Some planes had much better service than others, so it depends on your luck. Apart from service everything else was top rate and the tickets where cheaper relative to other airlines.
Also, passengers clapping after a successful landing is a sort of long flight tradition, an ending to a long journey (common in Russia). It is not a representation of relief and gratitude of still being alive, like previous reviewers have written.
