The cabin staff great, service amazing what they do on a full flight in 10-15 min.
Staff dressed smart and correct every flight – planes clean.

Aegean Airlines is an amazing company! Today I got early in the airport & they gave me the possibility to fly with an earlier flight ! Thanks to the employee support & excellent service – special thanks to Mrs. Kritsa Ludia in HER airport. Always keep flying with Aegean – you never regret it ! Perfect value for money ! And the service is the top !!!!!

Paid for extra baggage that did not arrive. Baggage arrived the next day with another airline (Air France).

The company offers very good service at competitive prices. The staff is always extremely helpful. If they could improve their inflight entertainment, I would give them a solid 10.

Flew First
I would give them a 0 but unfortunately there is not such choice. I booked a first class ticket for my mom and niece from London to Larnaca. I made the booking on the day of departure (many hours ahead though). There was no first class food for my mom and niece because the booking was made at the last minute they said. This is of course ridiculous. First of all the first class passengers get a choice between 2 foods. Therefore, my naive brain tells me that they should have for each passenger food from both types. Given that there were first class passengers there should be some food around. Second, a lot of people do upgrades at the very last minute; therefore, Aegean should have provisions for that. Then they told them that they run out of food for the regular cabin as well. Specifically, they were short of 2 portions. To cut a long story short, no food at all for my mom and 10-year old niece. But it gets better (and more surreal). The attendant comes to my mom and tells her that they can bring some food that the attendants would have had. My mom refused to deprive them. All this in front of the kid. No shame whatsoever!
