Aegean Airlines

LCA-TLV, maybe I didn’t have a good start with Aegean, they were the cheapest option so I was happy for that but after I checked online they sent me an e-mail stating that the flight was 4 hours delayed, ok things happen but no compensation not even a bottle of water at airport (european law states they must provide even more than that), I was distressed. Crew were not friendly, staff nowhere to be seeing, even staff FROM OTHER AIRLINES asked if we were ok but not Aegean’s. You can’t really avoid them travelling around in cyprus or greece but if given the chance I would try something else.

Aegean Airlines is propably the best European Regional Airline with increasingly better servises from year to year. Im traveling very often so i have never found something negativ, or something that would make me rethink my choice to travewl with Aegean.
The quality of the servises (stuff, food, safety) are probably the best that one can encounter.
Aegean has a very good network of flight within Europe and Greece, which offer many options.
The only downside i could mention (and you can find many comments on sosial media in Greece) is that sometimes the ticket prices in Greece is quite expensive.

Beside the poor entertainmentprogramm ( there was none), is aegean the best european airline.
You get an amazing service on board.
You can choose before the flight between 20 or more different variants of your meal.
All kinds of drinks are included, also is wine.
The floght attendants are always friendly, smiling and in a perfect shape, like it used to be on earlier ages at all the airlines( NOT anymore/ best example is Lufthansa with their “bad mood personal”).
I decided this year i ll try to fly almost all of my journeys with aegean…

Excellent service, comfort and value for money.

It’s one of the best airlines I have traveled with. Great in flight service and the best of all is the food. Great quality, tasty and different most of the times! Cabin crew is kind with a smile and resourseful to gain time when the passengers create chaos.
What I find irritating is the messages through the speakers. It’s too loud and too fast almost incomprehensive in english.
As I do the route Sweden-Germany-Greece very often, you can easily spot the difference in services and food compared to other star alliance partners. I always love to fly with Aegean!
