Aegean Airlines

We have flown many times with Aegean Airlines in recent years and have always found the staff very helpful. Very professional on the phone, friendly cabin crew and great pilots!
I would definitely fly with Aegean again and recommend this fine airline.

Freindly, clean, safe service. Great service overall for inter European flight.
My only criticism is about changing tickets which was supposedly “free” but cost 90 euro.

EDITORS COMMENT: That was probably the difference in fare but the actual cost to change ( the administration cost) was free.

Dont bother using their low fare checker, i did and booked .Only to find less than 24 hours later the price had dropped by some £50. Customer services dont want to know.

Customer service useless.

the tickets are so expensive because is the only airline who goes to Lemnos airport. So if you want to go there by plane you dont have another way,you should pay as much as they want! The service nothig special and the delays are very often especially in the summer months.

WAW-ATH-WAW. After smooth boarding it turned out that one of the engines went down. We had to wait for another plane. The airline took care of the passengers, we were offered vouchers for hot meals; sandwiches, juices, etc. After 7 hours 22 minutes the gate was opened again. Each passenger received an apology letter from the carrier with a free voucher for OW ticket to be used within next 12 months. The service on board was outstanding. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was really tasty (I received Hindu non vegeterian meal – the one I asked for 🙂 ). Return flight was on time. After a few weeks I received EUR400 on my bank account (as per EU regulations) so… another trip with A3 is scheduled for April!
