    I was extremely disappointed and annoyed with Vueling and their customer service as I travelled with them for the first time. We got to the Barcelona airport 45 minutes before the actual flight was scheduled due to some troubles with the bus transportation to the airport. We only had hand luggage, but we didn’t do online check-in, since our apartment had no wifi and from the previous experience from Stockholm, we thought it shouldn’t be a big deal.
    After seeing huge queues at the check-ins we tried to talk to their employees and explain we only need our boarding pass. They said it’s impossible because they close the check-in 40 mins before the flight. The employees were not helpful at all, saying only “impossible, impossible” and referring to the other possible flights with other companies. In the end we decided to book the same flight in 2 days (later on by ourselves, not at the Vueling counter). The later flight actually took off 30 mins after it was scheduled (they lost someone’s luggage) and we arrived to Stockholm exactly on time, which means that most probably it was similar with our original flight and we were at the airport more than 40 mins before the plane took off.
